How to apply
Anyone can refer themselves for funding, or be referred by a disability agency.
Support funds application forms are available from Workbridge centres or can be downloaded from their pages on this website:

Support Fund Services role
Support Funds Services provide a specialised service to assist fund applicants, employers, support agencies and other interested parties.
Staff can discuss eligibility criteria with potential applicants, accept applications, process applications and answer any questions. They can also arrange for someone from a local Workbridge centre to contact you, if needed.
Support Funds Services staff decide whether to approve your funding application. They will let you know of their decision in writing.
How to appeal
If your application is not successful, you will be told why in writing.
If you think you meet the criteria and should have been granted funding, you can appeal. Your request to have the decision reviewed must be made within three months of the date of the decision.
The committee reviewing your appeal will be made up of three senior Workbridge managers who were not involved in the original decision.
Most reviews are completed within 15 working days, unless extra information is needed.
